It will have a hybrid model of, centralized and decentralized data storage, that will give users more control of their personal information. DATx will encrypt their details, and use blockchain to improve privacy, transparency, and security for viewers, publishers, and advertisers. DATx will also use transparent machine learning algorithms, decentralized auditing, and incentives based on user attention, to help improve the inefficiencies that currently plague digital advertising.
The network is powered by the DATX token, and is backed by several influential firms, such as Genesis Capital, Qtum, and Game.com.

AC3 is developing a blockchain based platform for companies to acquire and incentivize influence marketers. Users will be rewarded for completing marketing tasks and will also be able to buy products directly from companies on the platform. AC3 is built on the ICON platform.

RefToken is developing a decentralized affiliate program that will connect DApp developers with marketers that will distribute their DApps to users. Their smart contract enabled network will be powered by the Ethereum-based REF token, which will be bought by merchants and held in escrow by RefToken. Marketers will then be paid for each conversion that they deliver, according to the terms of the predetermined smart contract. The network will implement a review and rating system.
