Company Description
QLC Chain, formerly known as QLink, is developing a Network-as-a-Service blokchain platform. It will allow them to provide decentralized network services and serve as a DApp development platform. The QLC network is currently built on NEO but will transition to their own blockchain in the future. The QLC Chain will have a hybrid consensus mechanism called Shannon consensus. It will combine elements of delegated Proof-of-Stake (dPoS) with a regulating mechanism that is designed to encourage participation by more nodes. | Klaytn Coin is the native currency of the Klaytn blockchain. It was developed by the South Korean internet giant, Kakao and is operated by its subsidiary Ground X. Klaytn Coin is designed to power an enterprise-grade, service-centric platform that brings a user-friendly blockchain experience to its users. It has a hybrid architecture that combines elements of public and private blockchains. Klaytn uses an optimized version of the Istanbul Byzantine Fault Tolerant consensus algorithm. There are three types of nodes, CN (Consensus Node), PN (Proxy Node) and EN (Endpoint Node). CNs are managed by CCOs (Core Cell Operators) and are in charge of block generation. These blocks are verified by all nodes in the network. | Namecoin is a blockchain-based DNS that allows users to register domain names with a ".bit" domain. Namecoin was the first fork of the Bitcoin protocol and it aims to remove centralized control over domain registration. It was the first cryptocurrency to use Auxiliary Proof of Work (AuxPoW) as a consensus mechanism, |
