Realisto is a German company that is creating a blockchain-based real estate investment trust (REIT) that will be empowered by a digital token and smart contracts.
Realisto's investment platform will facilitate crowdfunding of a portfolio of properties that the company will purchase, manage, and sell. They released the REA token in early 2018, but it is not currently being traded on any major exchange.

Brickblock is developing a tokenization platform for real estate, ETF's, and cryptocurrency funds. Brickblock has plans to allow users to invest in a variety of assets, but they are focusing on real estate, at the start. The platform is powered by the BBK token.

Propy is developing a blockchain-based marketplace for real estate transactions. Their platform will be powered by an Ethereum token called PRO, and will enable users to list properties and execute real estate related transactions at lower costs.
