Timicoin is developing a decentralized healthcare information marketplace. The blockchain-based platform will allow for medical records to be securely transferred, and will record several types of data that can then be made accessible to healthcare professionals. Patient information, clinical trial reports, test results, and other data will be available in real-time, from any updated node on the TimiHealth network that has been granted access. The platform will also enable the creation of individual, permissioned ledgers for data sharing that can be used to connect buyers and sellers in a decentralized marketplace for healthcare information. The TimiHealth blockchain has a hybrid Proof-of-Work (PoW) and Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism.
