It will combine elements of delegated Proof-of-Stake (dPoS) with a regulating mechanism that is designed to encourage participation by more nodes.

Wowbit, also known as Wowoo, is a NEO-based tokenization platform. Their smart contract enabled platform is based on their Smart Active Control (SAC) architecture, and is powered by the WWB token.
