V Systems vs TrueChain vs Ubiq
What problem does this service solve?
V Systems' goal is to create the first object-oriented general purpose distributed database to enable more complex DApps. | TrueChain wants to improve blockchain performance with a hybrid consensus model. | Ubiq is a fork of Ethereum aimed at increasing the stability and reliability of smart contract execution. |

Company Description
V Systems is a blockchain platform that was developed by Sunny King, the creator of Peercoin and Primecoin. Peercoin was one of the first Proof of Stake Coins, and V Systems is designed to improve upon the consensus mechanism with a better staking system. | TrueChain is developing a secure and scalable blockchain platform with a strong developer community. TrueChain hopes to improve upon current platforms with a hybrid consensus protocol called Minerva. This hybrid model will combine a consensus mechanism based on Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance (pBFT) with a FruitChain-based Proof-of-Work protocol. Fruitchain is designed to minimize the incentives of mining pools by decreasing the variance of mining rewards; making the network more decentralized. | Ubiq is an Ethereum fork that aims to create a more stable smart contract platform for building DApps. Ubiq's protocol currently uses a Proof-of-Work (PoW) consensus mechanism, but will switch to Proof-of-Stake in 2019. The network is powered by the UBQ coin. |
