The Tendermint consensus mechanism was developed in 2014 for the Cosmos Network. The Interchain Foundation, which is developing the Cosmos Network, continues to employ All in Bits to support Cosmos.

Truffle is a testing framework for DApps using the Etereum Virtual Machine. Ganache allows users to easily create a personalized version of the Ethereum blockchain to run tests and execute commands.
