QLC Chain, formerly known as QLink, is developing a Network-as-a-Service blokchain platform. It will allow them to provide decentralized network services and serve as a DApp development platform. The QLC network is currently built on NEO but will transition to their own blockchain in the future. The QLC Chain will have a hybrid consensus mechanism called Shannon consensus. Nxt's goal is to improve upon existing blockchain platforms with a modular toolset that enables users to create their own digital assets that can be listed on decentralized marketplaces. Nxt also features community driven voting mechanisms and has an architecture that separates the blockchain into parent and child blockchains.
The network is powered by the NXT token and has a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism.

TomoChain is a DApp development platform compatible with Ethereum smart contracts. Their goal is to enable faster and cheaper transactions. Their network will have a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism, with a system of 150 Masternodes. TomoChain will be compatible with Ethereum-based smart contracts, and will allow users to issue their own tokens. The company has offices in Singapore, Japan, and Vietnam.
