QLC Chain vs Matic Network vs BitNew Chain
What problem does this service solve?
QLC is building a DApp development platform designed to encourage greater decentralization. | Matic provides scalability for DApps and smart contracts. | BitNew Chain aims to make it easier to develop large scale DApps that can be used with a variety of hardware. They also claim that it will enable cross-chain communication and token exchanges. |

Company Description
QLC Chain, formerly known as QLink, is developing a Network-as-a-Service blokchain platform. It will allow them to provide decentralized network services and serve as a DApp development platform. The QLC network is currently built on NEO but will transition to their own blockchain in the future. The QLC Chain will have a hybrid consensus mechanism called Shannon consensus. It will combine elements of delegated Proof-of-Stake (dPoS) with a regulating mechanism that is designed to encourage participation by more nodes. | The Matic Network is a sidechain based scaling solution for public blockchains. Matic aims to allow developers to better scale their Ethereum DApps by using a version of Plasma, along with side chains that use a PoS consensus mechanism. Matic plans on supporting other blockchains as well in order to facilitate interoperability. | BitNew Chain is building a development platform for commercial DApps. BitNew Chain aims to make it easier to develop large scale DApps that can be used with hardware. It will be based on a two-tier decentralized blockchain network with standard physical masternodes, resource segregation, a decentralized computing subsystem(BTN-DC), and decentralized storage subsystem(BTN-FS). Consensus will be achieved through a hybrid mining process that will combine Proof-of-Stake (PoS) with Proof of Masternode. The network is powered by the BTN coin. |
