Nethereum is an open source .NET integration library for Ethereum. It is designed to help developers easily integrate the Ethereum blockchain into their .NET applications. It consists of modular libraries for features that are covered are writing smart contracts, cryptographic wallets, DApps, and managing blockchain data.

QLC Chain, formerly known as QLink, is developing a Network-as-a-Service blokchain platform. It will allow them to provide decentralized network services and serve as a DApp development platform. The QLC network is currently built on NEO but will transition to their own blockchain in the future. The QLC Chain will have a hybrid consensus mechanism called Shannon consensus. It will combine elements of delegated Proof-of-Stake (dPoS) with a regulating mechanism that is designed to encourage participation by more nodes.

RealTract is developing a smart contract platform based on a Directed Acylic Graph (DAG) protocol. They hope to create a faster and more scalable smart contract platform that can handle more use cases. The RealTract network is currently powered by the Ethereum-based RET token.
