Matic aims to allow developers to better scale their Ethereum DApps by using a version of Plasma, along with side chains that use a PoS consensus mechanism. Matic plans on supporting other blockchains as well in order to facilitate interoperability.

Cryptaur is a Lithuanian company that is buildingg an Ethereum based payment and DApp development network. Cryptaur does not appear to have any distinct advantages over other decentralized networks. Cryptaur has plans to create a social capital management system that will be based on their Proof of Contribution algorithm.

GoWithMi is developing a decentralized location-based services (DLBS) infrastructure. GoWithMi aims to create a comprehensive geolocation network that will provide incentives for users to contribute location data, and will support cross-chain communication. The network is powered by the Ethereum-based GMAT token.
