What problem does this service solve?

Ignis allows users to create DApps on the Nxt blockchain. It's vision and benefits are somewhat unclear. The Hedera Hashgraph consensus algorithm aims enable DApps where precise ordering and time recording of transactions is important.V Systems' goal is to create the first object-oriented general purpose distributed database to enable more complex DApps.

Company Description

Ignis is a blockchain platform that is being developed by Jeluirda; the company behind Ardor and Nxt. Ignis is a child chain of the Nxt blockchain. Jelurida is developing blockchain platforms that will enable users to develop decentralized applications, and will be based on a parent and child chain architecture.
Ignis allows users to create child chains with specific features and to create tokens that meet their needs. This project is closely related to Ardor and Nxt.

Hedera Hashgraph is a blockchain network that was designed to allow developers to create DApps that require higher throughput and faster settlement. Hedera uses its own consensus protocol that assigns every transaction a consensus time that is calculated as the median of the times at which each node in the network first received it. The network is powered by the HBAR coin.

V Systems is a blockchain platform that was developed by Sunny King, the creator of Peercoin and Primecoin. Peercoin was one of the first Proof of Stake Coins, and V Systems is designed to improve upon the consensus mechanism with a better staking system.
