Avalanche Token vs XMax vs QLC Chain
What problem does this service solve?
Avalanche's goal is to enable a more secure and interoperable smart contract platform with faster transactions times. | XMax will provide developers with the tools to more easily prototype and launch their entertainment-related DApps. | QLC is building a DApp development platform designed to encourage greater decentralization. |
Token Stats
Company Description
The Avalanche token (AVAX) performs various tasks within Avalanche's Proof of Stake blockchain network. The Avalanche token functions as a rewards and payment system for users. The network is designed to be an open-source platform for launching highly decentralized applications, enterprise deployments, and decentralized financial instruments. The Avalanche ecosystem is meant to be smore scalable and interoperable than other blockchain platforms. Unlike Bitcoin and many other networks, transaction fees are “burnt” in order to increase token scarcity. This process is offset by the release, or “minting,” of new coins. | XMax is creating a developer ecosystem for entertainment DApps. Their entertainment-focused blockchain ecosystem will enable multiple functional sidechains, and will provide a SDK which will make it easier to develop decentralized applications. XMax will also offer a variety of multimedia libraries. The XMax blockchain will have a VRF (Verifiable Random Function) consensus mechanism that will randomly select network users to participate in the verifying transactions. | QLC Chain, formerly known as QLink, is developing a Network-as-a-Service blokchain platform. It will allow them to provide decentralized network services and serve as a DApp development platform. The QLC network is currently built on NEO but will transition to their own blockchain in the future. The QLC Chain will have a hybrid consensus mechanism called Shannon consensus. It will combine elements of delegated Proof-of-Stake (dPoS) with a regulating mechanism that is designed to encourage participation by more nodes. |
