Avalanche Token vs Truffle vs QLC Chain
What problem does this service solve?
Avalanche's goal is to enable a more secure and interoperable smart contract platform with faster transactions times. | Truffle is a blockchain development suite that makes it easier to create DApps. | QLC is building a DApp development platform designed to encourage greater decentralization. |

Company Description
The Avalanche token (AVAX) performs various tasks within Avalanche's Proof of Stake blockchain network. The Avalanche token functions as a rewards and payment system for users. The network is designed to be an open-source platform for launching highly decentralized applications, enterprise deployments, and decentralized financial instruments. The Avalanche ecosystem is meant to be smore scalable and interoperable than other blockchain platforms. Unlike Bitcoin and many other networks, transaction fees are “burnt” in order to increase token scarcity. This process is offset by the release, or “minting,” of new coins. | Truffle is one of the leading providers of blockchain development tools. The Truffle platform consists of three tools that are designed to assist developers in creating DApps: Truffle, Ganache and Drizzle. Truffle is a testing framework for DApps using the Etereum Virtual Machine. Ganache allows users to easily create a personalized version of the Ethereum blockchain to run tests and execute commands. Drizzle is a collection of front-end libraries that help developers create user interfaces for DApps. | QLC Chain, formerly known as QLink, is developing a Network-as-a-Service blokchain platform. It will allow them to provide decentralized network services and serve as a DApp development platform. The QLC network is currently built on NEO but will transition to their own blockchain in the future. The QLC Chain will have a hybrid consensus mechanism called Shannon consensus. It will combine elements of delegated Proof-of-Stake (dPoS) with a regulating mechanism that is designed to encourage participation by more nodes. |
