Company Description
SushiSwap is a decentralized exchange protocol that emerged as a fork of UniSwap. The main difference being the SUSHI token which acts as a governance token and entitles holders to a percentage of the trading fees charged on the network. Both UniSwap and SushiSwap, use an automated market making (AMM) model, where liquidity providers add funds to liquidity pools. Unlike centralized, order book exchanges, token pairs are priced according to an equation in which multiplying the prices of the 2 tokens will always equal a constant. | BitShares is a blockchain platform designed to assist the unbanked. It offers both banking and exchange services. Bitshares was originally launched in 2014 by Dan Larimer, an influential blockchain developer that has also worked on EOS and Steemit. It is a community run open source project. | Blocknet is a cross-chain protocol for inter-chain transactions and a decentralized exchange. It is primarily focused on connecting blockchain networks, but is also developing a decentralized exchange to enable trade digital assets across separate blockchains. It is meant to connect the growing number of blockchain projects and make them inter-operable. Blocknet uses a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism that has three different types of nodes to verify transactions. The network is powered by the BLOCK coin. |
