Eternal is a Japanese cryptocurrency project that consists of Eternal Coin (XEC) and Eternal Token (XET). The project appears to be primarily focused on remittance payments, but can also be used as a medium of exchange for other purposes. ZClassic enables a high degree of privacy and anonymity of transactions.The key differences between ZClassic and ZCash are the elimination of the 20% mining fee that are allocated as a "founders' reward" and the removal of ZCash's block limit, that was intended to create scarcity.

BurstCoin is a cryptocurrency with a Proof-of-Capacity (PoC) consensus algorithm. Unlike most other cryptocurrencies, Burst's architecture uses a Tangle (similar to IOTA) instead of relying on a blockchain. It also utilizes ring signatures and other features, in what is called the Dymaxion. The Dymaxion implements layers of tangle-based lightning networks on top of the Burst blockchain. Each of these payment channels is opened in the form of a standalone colored tangle.
