Company Description

EOS is a blockchain development platform created by Block.one. Its goal is to become an all purpose operating system for blokchain applications. EOS allows developers to make underlying blockchains and create decentralized application more easily. It was designed from the ground up, to be more scalable and faster than other blockchain platforms. This allows for greater throughput, with more transactions per second, and much lower transaction fees. EOS tokens serve as the native currency. The network has a Delegated Proof-of-Stake (dPoS) consensus mechanism. Transactions are verified by 21 block producers that are chosen through a voting process that is designed to encourage community participation.

Spendcoin is an open-sourced cryptocurrency designed for the Cross Ledger Ecosystem, which includes the Spend App and the Blockchain University. The project is run by the Spend Foundation. Their network is currently powered by the Ethereum-based SPND token. Users receive tokens for performing tasks in the Spen ecosystem.

Flash Coin is a cryptocurrency designed to be used for everyday transactions. Flash's blokchain has a delegate-based consensus model that depends on elected delegates to verify transactions. These delegates elect 25 Miners who create new blocks on the blockchain. Each miner is given a specific time where they can mine a block. The Flash Coin algorithm also introduces a concept called Consensus Height, which refers to the moment when more than half of elected miners have created a block on top of another block in the chain.
