It's designed to incentivize the community to participate and to reward both miners and stake verifiers. When DCR is mined, PoW miners receives 60% of the coins, PoS voters receive 30%, and 10% goes towards the development of the Decred platform.

Flash Coin is a cryptocurrency designed to be used for everyday transactions. Flash's blokchain has a delegate-based consensus model that depends on elected delegates to verify transactions. These delegates elect 25 Miners who create new blocks on the blockchain. Each miner is given a specific time where they can mine a block. The Flash Coin algorithm also introduces a concept called Consensus Height, which refers to the moment when more than half of elected miners have created a block on top of another block in the chain.

Nimiq is a censorship-resistant cryptocurrency that is designed to run in the user's browser. Nimiq's focus is on usability and the browser first approach allows coin holders to participate in their payment network more easily. Nimiq uses a Merkle-based accumulator to store accounts and balances, and has a Non-Interactive Proofs of Proof-of-Work consensus mechanism.
