Company Description
BitcoinDark is a fork of Bitcoin with a poorly defined purpose and use case. BitcoinDark is based on the InstantDEX protocol, a decentralized exchange for BitcoinDark and other cryptocurrencies supported by the project. The platform is also supposed to include a Pegged Asset Exchange (PAX) to allow users to buy and sell pegged assets – including fiat currencies, commodities, ETFs, and stocks. | Lightning Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency protocol with a DPoS consensus mechanism. It is a hard fork of Bitcoin that was created with the goal of improving transaction speeds and scalabilty. Lightning Bitcoin's on-chain governance system enables LBTC holders to vote for the blockchain improvement proposals and the delegates who maintain the network as Lightning Nodes. Lightning Bitcoin is not related to the Lighting Network, which is an off-chain protocol built on the Bitcoin blockchain. | Unobtanium is a Proof-of-Work (PoW) cryptocurrency that uses the SHA-256 hashing algorithm. It was designed to serve as a commodity and store of wealth that would be less vulnerable to price fluctuations. The coin's supply is limited to counter inflation, and UNO coins were distributed in a manner that would discourage centralization. UNO can be merge-mined with Bitcoin. |
