HP developed this solution in conjunction with R3, and is now offering it as a BaaS option to their enterprise customers.

Insolar also provides blockchain consulting services for companies in need of distributed ledger solutions. The company was originally focused on using blockchain to improve supply chains and logistics in the grocery industry, but they have since expanded their scope. Their network is currently powered by the Ethereum-based INS token.

Oracle Blockchain Cloud Service is part of Oracle’s comprehensive Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) portfolio. Oracle's Blockchain Cloud Service is part of the Oracle platform, which is already widely used by a wide range of companies, and consists of a variety of SaaS tools. They hope to combine their existing offerings with blockchain capabilities to assist their customers in deploying applications.
